Chocolate Ecstasy Tour
The
Chelsea Chocolate
Ecstasy Tour is
an exploration of modern adventures in chocolate.
From 2pm
until 5.30pm you will tour the finest areas of London, visiting
chocolate boutiques, learning about and sampling delicious chocolate
delights and getting specially organised discounts on chocolates
you want to take with you (for gifts, or for you!).
You will
have the opportunity to sample dark chocolate bars studded with
peppercorns, a tobacco couture chocolate that tingles in your
throat and fresh, exciting truffles flavoured with Juniper Berry
and cassis. During the afternoon's chocolate experience your guide
will also show you how to identify good chocolate and you will
taste the difference between chocolate bars made with beans from
different countries and of different percentages, side by side.
Tickets cost £40 per person. The tour starts in
Knightsbridge (between South Kensington and Knightsbridge underground
stations) and finishes in Pimlico (closest underground station
is Sloane Square). The total walking distance is about 2 miles
(3.5km).
