Gift Certificates
Can be found and purchased at www.chocolateecstasytours.com/gifts
- Are valid for a year from the date of purchase.
- When you purchase a gift certificate you will receive an image of the Golden Ticket and a unique code to the value of the amount purchased.
- If you enter the email address of the recipient when purchasing this email will also be sent to them, otherwise you can send it or print and give it to them whenever you are ready.
- If you have been given a gift certificate and it doesn't have a 12 or 9 digit code attached to it you can book by selecting your date and going through the check out. At the payment option select "Pay by Alternative Method" (you won't be asked for any payment details to choose this option). You will be sent an email asking for you to contact us to arrange payment. Please reply to this email with the details of the certificate and the name of the person who booked the gift certificate for you.
- To redeem a Gift Certificate with a unique code search and select a tour you would like to attend and click to check out. Enter the code in the white box next to the words "Gift Certificate Code" and click "Add". This will subtract the value of your gift certificate from the total.
Payment
- It is possible to pay via credit card by selecting the Pay by Debit/Credit Card option from the drop down menu. This will take you to the PayPal website. There is an option here (link underneath the login) to pay by card without registering with Paypal.
- If you prefer to pay via bank transfer or cheque you can select the "Pay by Alternative Method" option and reply to the email that will be sent to you to arrange the method. You can post a cheque to Chocolate Ecstasy Tours Ltd to Third Floor, 207 Regent Street, London, W1B 3HH or we will contact you with the bank account details so you can do an online transfer.

1. What is a chocolate tour? A delicious adventure through London, visiting the finest chocolate shops sampling their specialties, learning about chocolate and about London too, and getting special discounts on chocolate treats purchased on the day. All guided by a delightful chocolate expert.
2. Who goes on a chocolate tour? Anyone who enjoys eating chocolate, or wants to see (and taste!) London in a different light. You don't have to be a chocolate connoisseur to come along (though you probably will be by the end!).
3. How much does it cost?
The Mayfair Chocolate Ecstasy Tour lasts three hours and costs £40 per person.
The Chelsea Chocolate Ecstasy Tour is approximately three and a half hours long and is £45 per person.
The Evening Chocolate Ecstasy Tour is £55 per person.
The Full Day Chocolate Ecstasy Tour is £165 per person.
4. How long does the tour last?
The Mayfair Chocolate Ecstasy Tour lasts three hours.(Approximately 1.5 miles in total.)
The Chelsea Chocolate Ecstasy Tour is approximately three and a half hours long. (Approximately 1 mile in total.)
The Evening Chocolate Ecstasy Tour is approximately two and a half hours long. (Approximately 1 mile in total.)
The Full Day Chocolate Ecstasy Tour is approximately eight hours long. (There is very little walking on this tour.)
5. How many places do we visit? This depends on the tour but you will visit at least four unique locations. Quality rather than quantity! Our goal is that you will be completely chocolate-d out!
6. What time do the tours start?
The Mayfair Chocolate Tours start at 10am.
The Chelsea Chocolate Tour starts at 11am.
The Evening Chocolate Tour starts at 6pm.
The Full Day Tour starts at 9.45am.
7. What should I wear? Comfortable shoes. Clothing that is sensible for walking outside in the city.
8. What should I bring? Yourself, some money if you want to buy any chocolates to take home, the Chocolate Ecstasy Tours contact number sent in your reminder (in case you get held up), a sense of humour and a love of chocolate!
9. Do I need to bring my ticket or receipt with me? No, but it's a good idea to.
10. Is it suitable for children?The tours are aimed at adults but children can join in if they are accompanied by adults. The longest distance we walk between shops takes about fifteen minutes.
11. Are there additional costs? No, a travel card is advised because not all routes are circular. You will probably want to take advantage of the discounts arranged just for members of the tour so you can keep enjoying your favourites in the days to come, or give gifts to absent friends. Gratuities to your guide are optional.
12. What happens if it rains/snows/is really hot?The tours will run regardless of weather (national disasters pending!) London is gorgeous every time of year! If it's hot we can probably try chocolate ice drinks, or chocolate ice cream, if it snows there will be hot chocolate will warm you up. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothes for the weather, and an umbrella if you think it will rain.
13. What happens if I can't make it? With at least three weeks notice you can rearrange free of charge for any date for a year from when you purchased the tickets. Between three weeks' and 48 hours before the tour there will be a £10 fee to reschedule. Less than 48 hours before the tour there is no refund available but you will receive a 10% discount if you decide to rebook.
14. Will there be any more tour dates than what I can see on the schedule? It's possible.Email or call and ask if there are other dates you are interested in.
15. Can I book a private tour? Certainly. Please contact us with your request (see above for more details on Private Tours).
16. What stores do you visit? Top quality London chocolate stores, ranging from traditional English, modern and European.

18. Do you do other chocolate tours or events? Absolutely! Please call or get in touch with your enquiry.
19. How far do we actually walk? Between 1 and 2 miles in total, depending on the tour.
20. Is the tour suitable for people in wheelchairs/with difficulty walking? There are some steps on the tour but people have attended in wheelchairs before, please contact us if you have specific questions or would like to discuss.
21. I didn't receive a ticket, what happened? You will not receive a physical ticket in the mail unless requested at the checkout. You will receive by email either information or an invitation to download the golden ticket. Please print these for your gifts. Receivers of the Golden Ticket can book their preffered date online using the code given when purchasing a gift certificate (see above).
