I love all of Mikkel's chocolate but this one and the O'Payo are very easy-eating dark chocolate.

A Nicaraguan variety. Possible grandfather of Venezuelan so called Criollo/Trinitario. Planted in Northern Nicaragua.
Soft fruitiness, gentle long and pleasant aftertaste. A classic dark chocolate.
Cacao beans, sugar, cacao butter. May contain traces of milk. Min. 70% cacao solids.
