Redeeming a Gift Certificate

Here's how to book your chocolate tour:
1. Choose the tour date you would like to attend on the calendar and click "Buy"
2. On the next page to confirm your choices there is a space to enter your "Gift Certificate Code". Type your code in here and click "Add" then click "Checkout". (You won't be asked for any payment details, just your contact details) You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
3. Turn up on your chosen day for your fabulous chocolate experience!

Here's how to book your chocolate tour:
1. Choose the tour date you would like to attend on the calendar and click "Buy"
2. On the next page you will see the summary of your order. Select "Pay by alternative method" from the drop down menu. Then click "Checkout"(You won't be asked for any payment details to choose this option).
2. You will receive an email asking you to contact us to organise payment. Please reply to this email with the name of the person who booked the tickets for you or your unique codes on the voucher you have. The more detail the better!
3. Upon receiving this email from you we will authorise your chosen date and you will be sent the confirmation email.
4. Turn up on your chosen day for your fabulous chocolate experience!
