Join a croissant extravaganza on Saturday 23rd March!

Great Taste Award Judge, International Chocolate Awards Grand Jury member and Chocolate Ecstasy Tours founder, Jennifer Earle, will be joined by award-winning food writer and author of One More Croissant For The Road, Felicity Cloake, and the author of the best-selling Substack "Kitchen Projects", Nicola Lamb, to discuss all things croissants for The Next Delicious Thing podcast.

giant croissant for The Next Delicious Thing
Giant croissant or tiny person?

It will be recorded live and you can attend! (if you're quick.)

Where? Toklas Bakery, 1 Surrey St, Temple, London WC2R 2ND

Nearest Station? Temple (Circle & District Lines)

Start time? 10am for the ticketed podcast recording; 12 midday for the market open to all.

What?

Tickets include two croissants from amazng bakeries (before the event you'll be  sent a list to pre-select which bakeries you'd like to try the croissants of, from a list of at least 7), plus a filter coffee or tea.

You'll have the chance to add more croissants to your order if you're keen to do some comparisons yourself!

Why?

Because there are endless reasons why one croissant will look, taste or feel slightly different from another and we're going to dig into that via the variety that bakeries in and around London sell, plus share tips for making croissants and choosing them, too.

Missed out on tickets / not free in the morning?

The podcast will be published on YouTube and everywhere you get your podcasts within two weeks of the event.

But more excitingly...

From midday, after the recording, there will be a small market inside Toklas Bakery from midday until 3pm.

The market is open to everyone so please do mark your diaries and come along even if you miss out on tickets to the podcast.

The market will not be croissant focused, but will feature bakeries that make excellent croissants.

Pump Street Chocolate will be there selling their Easter Eggs just in time for Easter!

Please ignore the location of Regent Street when you purchase. The event will be held at Toklas Bakery on Surrey Street, as above.
